Hi everyone. New to BiggerPockets. I have flipped over 60 properties. I have one rental because I couldn’t sell it. Now I want to start building my rental portfolio. What do the best use to analyze properties?

If you are specifically looking for an app, DealCheck is pretty nifty. I’ve used it to generate reports as well.

The BP calculator is pretty solid but the new one has some bugs in it.
