Investing in a Townhouse in South Surrey
Curious to get all of your thoughts on this. Does anyone know how the rental market is for a new-ish townhouse in South Surrey? Thinking about buying (budget is $750k~ $1m) and renting for three or four years before moving in. Are there families out here looking for a 1,700sf ~ 2,000sf townhouses in South Surrey? The market out there is hot but am unsure about rentals.
