What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was my first ever home purchase and I was afraid of getting my hands dirty because I didn't know too much. Just knew that if I rented by the room I could make the numbers work and pay less than I was renting at the time.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Real Estate Agent - I knew what number would work for my monthly mortgage with two roommates I had already selected so we used that number and worked backwards

Took money out of stock options I had made working for a tech company
