The Point in Draper

The development team for the Point in Draper just came to our office to give us a rundown of what is planned.

Biggest takeaway is that their first phase will be the "downtown" area. This is opposite of most developments, typically developers start with housing in the first phase so in later phases when they deliver the retail/commercial there are residents already there to help utilize those assets.

Ask me anything about their plans. Would love to talk shop!
