Socialisms Achilles Heel..... Freedom.

A unabashed "tax the rich" Socialist wins New York City....

     And so it begins.....

The fundamental flaw of such hollow-promise pie-in-the-sky Oprah-hour "elect me and you get this for free, he get's this for free, she get's this for free, YOU ALL GET IT ALL FOR FREE" absolute utter BS nonsense, it's impossibility factor; the "rich" can say "Peace out yall!".

It's been literally hours into this and already REALTORS of FL are reporting being absolutely inundated with wealth clients relocating to, you guessed it, "Freedom" Florida.

The mobility of money.

When your poor, you live where you can afford to live.

When your getting by, you live where works.

When your RICH, you live where you STAY rich.

It's just not complicated. Money = mobility.

"Tax the rich" = send money AWAY!

I am curious, Florida friends, my Miami mighty REALTORS, Jacksonville juggernauts of realty, my Tampa transaction hero's, my Orlando....... ok can't figure anything jazzy that rhymes with Orlando that I can actually spell but ya get the picture; REALTORS what are you seeing on the ground?

Be heard!

Are ya feeling the love?

Are ya prepping Mamdani thank you cards?

Most mega donors spent more of their own money trying to defeat Mamdani, than they would pay in an increased tax rate.

So no, I dont think they will all start fleeing because of taxes.
