marketing a property as corporate rental(Tampa)...

We have a 3 bdr/3.5 bath furnished townhouse in which our tenants just gave us notice as they just purchased a house.  Our unit being a furnished unit would be ideal for corporate housing.  Any recommendations on how to market for corporate housing?  Apps?  Property managers?  etc.  Thanks,

    As the poster above said, I would not break what's already working. Many new Tampa professionals and traveling nurses are looking for furnished places. I would list it on Zillow with the furnished option. I would also recommended listing it on https://www.furnishedfinder.com
