marketing a property as corporate rental(Tampa)...

We have a 3 bdr/3.5 bath furnished townhouse in which our tenants just gave us notice as they just purchased a house. Our unit being a furnished unit would be ideal for corporate housing. Any recommendations on how to market for corporate housing? Apps? Property managers? etc. Thanks,

As the poster above said, I would not break what's already working. Many new Tampa professionals and traveling nurses are looking for furnished places. I would list it on Zillow with the furnished option. I would also recommended listing it on https://www.furnishedfinder.com

Why did you furnished the unit in the first place?
What makes you think it's ideal for corporate housing, besides it being furnished?
I'm curious why not keep doing what you've been doing. You know. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I have to agree. Many people are looking for furnished places. If you decide to give a try to rent it short term, would love to connect.
