There are several strong platforms commonly used to market single-family rental homes. Most property managers and landlords use a combination to get the most exposure. Some of the top ones include Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Apartments.com, and Craigslist. Many property management software tools also syndicate to multiple sites at once, which helps save time. Facebook Marketplace and local real estate groups can also be effective depending on your area.

For DIY - use Zillow and maybe FB Marketplace (just have to watch out for scammers).

We're on 30+ sites, but we have scales of efficiency that would be hard for you to match.
