Tips and tricks to fill vacant units
Hey BP family! We have way more vacancies than normal and it's become more difficult to fill units. Anyone else experiencing the same?
Looking for any marketing techniques to increase activity. We've tried $500 off the first month if a lease is signed by a certain day but open to other ideas.
