Hi. Have you consulted with a realtor who does leasing in your area? You should be able to post the property on your local MLS as a rental with an option to buy. Include a disclosure to that effect. That will reach your broadest audience for prospective tenants. Any property manager who posts to MLS and the big 3 listing sites (Zillow, Trulia, RedFin) should be able to help. As long as the price, terns and condition of the property are agreeable, you鈥檒l have no issue finding a tenant. Many people want to own, but don鈥檛 yet have a down payment saved. If they can rent and stay long term and eventually own it, that鈥檚 a great solution for both sides under the right circumstances.
