Need Help Building a Buyers list for Land investments
I am in the process of getting my first land deal under contract.
What is a great ad i can use Locally here in my market to build up a buyers list?
I would like to offer seller financing as an option as well. I will be using Craigslist, Backpage, and other local sites and the Newspaper here locally in Atlanta.
