I am in the process of getting my first land deal under contract.
What is a great ad i can use Locally here in my market to build up a buyers list?
I would like to offer seller financing as an option as well. I will be using Craigslist, Backpage, and other local sites and the Newspaper here locally in Atlanta.
Just start running an ad describing the property. What is its highest and best use? Can the buyer make a profit on this land? Does it have mineral rights? Does it have Timber? Is it located near anything exciting? What is the zoning? Find the special thing about this land and then feature it, along with the wonderful terms that you are offering.
For Example, I have a 5+ acre comercial property in a resort, so my advert says ideal for hotel or restaurant, then I go into specifics about why it would be a great place to put a hotel find the sizzle that sells the steak
