Hello All,
Say I was able to find the email address of an absentee owner, would it be advisable to reach out to them directly via email?
On the plus side, I know that I'll reach them almost instantly. The perception of desperation, failure to acknowledge personal space etc. could be some of the negatives of such an approach.
Nonetheless, I am curious to know if anyone has done this before, and what were the ramifications of such an act? Also, am I violating any law from a legal perspective?

Talk to your lawyer about the laws in the area. I think worst case, Owner ignores your message thinking it may be spam. Otherwise if it is the only way to get a hold of them, you may want to do it if not to see if you can help. I haven't gotten as far as I like with my investing, good luck.
