What are the best ways to contact an owner?

I am curious to try different methods of contacting owners of properties. Especially when phone calls and letters get no response. Any tips?

@Nicholas Jackson in person, on the telephone, email. Keep following up until one of you die. it takes an average of 15 contact attempts before you will get a response.

@Natalie Kolodij I love your humor when I see it. A sense of humor is a trait that is rare among the accountants I have come in contact with :)

I would 100% sell my property to someone who sent a singing telegram to me laying out terms of their offer.
