Hi BPers, I'm an investor (wholesale, flips, buy & hold, commercial apartments) looking for the best website platform to build my business on. Most important features/functions are: 

-ease of setup

-easy to maintain and update 

-lead generation: motivated Seller leads, buyer leads, joint venture partner leads, etc

-inbound marketing enabled: blog feature, SEO friendly, social media sharing options

-tie in with a CRM like Podio or something else would be great as well
