Hey guys, I’m sort of new in the Real estate Wholesaling field and I was just wondering how can I wholesale a 3 unit multi family estate ? Any tips and advice will be amazing cause I’ll be meeting the owner next week Friday and I need as much help as I can get. Thanks again.

You need to provide a lot more information to get any insight or input.

Do you have this property under contract already? Are you licensed in FL?

Does the property need rehab? Approximately how much? Asking price? ARV?
