Investor Carrot or a Traditional Website?

Investor carrot is great but expensive.
Make a traditional website first and when once you get your business off the ground you can think about upgrading.
I tried it all. Investor carrot is a no brainer.
The only bad thing about investor carrot is that if you do it in CT, you will be destroyed by me!

I have now come up with a new plan to destroy everyone and anyone that hits the first page of google in CT. Work in progress but, let's see if my technique works.. MUUUHAHAHA

Sure a nailing gun makes it easier, but you still have to do the work. That gun is not going to build that house for you.
YOU need to be a beast and master SEO. You will have to beat the number 1 website in your market .. ahem..
Number 4, 5, or 6 ste will do nothing for you. You need to be number 1!
People need to understand that a tool is not going to magically make it happen for you. If you think that getting an IC website, all you need to do then is integrate it to your current site, you will be in for a rude awakening.
It has not much to do with "a website". You need to rank. (not easy) you need to be credible (easier... if you know how to.. and not many know how to.

This statement does not make too much sense to me. If you are going to PAY for IC, and then PAY someone to integrate it... yeah, then just use IC.
Why would you want an other site if your IC works?

Let me share a little secret about real estate investing. You go all in or go home. (At least in a competitive market.
Have you ever tried ranking a website?
It takes time and a lot of effort, and a LOT of TIME!
Why would you want to "upgrade" when your business gets off the ground i.e. when your site is ranking.. and start a new website having to do all the work AGAIN?!
besides, your business will NOT get off the ground (easily) if you don't have a ranking website.
NO... you start your website now and you stick with it. Whatever it is you use.
I don't think any of you "get it". A website host, IC or what ever you choose is not the trick. I can rank any website 1 on google. It doesnt take a specific website. It takes SEO knowledge and application of that knowledge in a unique novel way.
If you follow my rants on this forum for many many months now, I always boast about "to hell with Google". I completely ignore google and their stupid rules. Why am I ranking #1, 2, 3 and 4?
Because I care about my visitors, not google. I genuinely write content to please my visitors. And visitors WANT to see an "about us section".
So what is Google's ONLY job? To bring the BEST possible site for a query someone searched for.
So if the user is not happy about the site, google will hate your site and not rank it high.
So if I please my users, google will automatically love me. And this is why I am ranking. I have yet to encounter anyone that does it this way. Everyone obsess with backlinks, citations guest posting.. pffft. Don't make me laugh! None of that!
Without a clear and easy to find about us page, you can forget it!
Be careful anyone and everyone,.... asking ranking, google questions on forums. Often people will answer that do not have the proper knowledge about SEO and you get crazy answers and advice that just makes my eye twitch.

Yes get a website, get investor carrot (will make it easier for you to rank), and stick to it.
I will however defend my #1 spot aggressively on the SERP's, but I will genuinely try to help you rank if you wish for me to do that.

With a dubious, non self confident mindset like this you will just never make it man.
What the freck do you mean "if".. Pffft.
If you are worried about whether a 200 dollar / month INVESTMENT is worth it... the answer is clear.
You have doubts you are going to make any deal. Because if you didn't have doubts, you would know that WHEN you make a deal from your site, flipping, you will take home about 30K to 60K. So why would you worry about 200 a month when you WILL bring home at least 30K per flip?

Because I KNEW without A DOUBT I was going the top site in CT! Before I even knew what SEO meant (Seriously Evil Ostriches.. btw).
Now do what you need to do and don't fret the details brother. Get up, and step up, and beat me off the first page.
