Hello,
Has anyone had experience paying for probate lists from All The Leads? They aren't cheap, and I'm okay with paying for quality. I have a fairly full time job and going to the courthouse on a regular basis to write down probate information doesn't seem realistic. Wondering if anyone has dealt with this company and can give me an idea of the value in the leads/service they provide. Thanks!
Also sort of curious... I am currently working for a friend mailing probates. The leads are from a subscription service. After digging through the first batch, I am beginning to question the quality. I might take a trip down to the court house and see how the list compare. After a quick google, those leads do seem pricey. I will try to figure out our cost at our next meeting and I will let you know. The other thing to consider is maybe we can teach/pay someone else to run down to the court house.

@Alex Wade Probates for Oregon counties are available online with a subscription to OJIN. Otherwise you would need to visit the courthouse and you can access OJIN for free. I would recommend taking a camera and taking pics of the docs and you'll find it's a tremendous time saver.

I did. Honestly i decided that it wasn't a great fit for me. Some people take great offense to being contacted, which is no surprise, but it bothered me more than i expected.
The leads weren't cheap but i found them to be high quality. In my opinion It's crucial that if you are going to pay that much that you make outbound calls to these folks in addition to mailers.
Also, I'm an RE agent and I'm not sure they'd be as good for someone who is strictly an investor. I had the opportunity to list the property, or buy myself.

I started using Probatefasttrack.com after I found them to be far cheaper and just about the same if not better than the other services like the one you mentioned
