Hello, I am new to the Bigger Pockets network, so thanks for having me.  My background is in online lead generation and marketing.  To be brief, im toying around with the idea of trying my hand at generating online leads of people who are interested in selling their house fast for cash/motivated sellers.

A) Is there a big demand for these leads?

B) If exclusive leads, what is everybody paying for these leads?

C) Are there other lead types people in the Bigger Pockets network are looking for?
