I'm totally new to Real Estate and I'm planning on starting a marketing campaign soon. I think I'm going to do direct mail. I'm trying to find buy and hold properties. Let me know if you guys have any tips to help get me started.

EVERYONE I see here that is starting out comes with the same plan.
"I am thinking about doing direct mailing".
And I ask everyone the same question.
Tell me why.
WHY did you decide doing DMM? Give me your reasons. Are you doing it because you did impeccable research, compared the pros and cons, and did your calculations and compared it with other strategies... or did you decide this because he there, and she over there are doing it too?
