Hello BP family,

My name is Edward, i  am a part time investor in Buffalo NY and Pittsburgh PA market i currently have couple  of properties in each area and looking for a good property manager . I am also looking to scale up and working with a good team of construcor/handyman and wholesaler. Does anybody has recommandation or sugestion?

    Towne Housing is a great property management company here in Buffalo. I self manage myself but they are the company I would use. Good luck!

    @Edward Aboni Hey! I can definitely help here In Pittsburgh. Local Wholesaler and I also provide a service walking property’s for out of town investors who have properties they want looked at.
