    Doesn't really matter too much. My guess is attached earns more but probably $50 at most.

    I don't think you'll notice much of a difference in one renting faster. *Maybe* you would depending on the area. Overall, the attached will probably bring in a little more, but I doubt it would be that significant of a difference.
