I am from the San Fernando Valley and I have invested into rental properties in Palmdale and Lancaster. My most recent investment is in Lancaster and I’ve remodeled the home. My 1st investment was in Palmdale and I currently have renters there through a Veterans Rental Program. My ultimate goal is to provided homes to homeless Veterans and I wish to continue doing that with my new investment and future ones as well. I need advice on how to get the property rented through a Veterans Program?? I need help to create a quick and efficient system to get Veteran renters for my property??

@Jay Dimacali Hi Jay after all the remodel of my property investment in Lancaster I got a veteran to move in though the VA. Program. And this will be my second one, just want it to shear this good news it works I'm looking for and other one out there if you know any gatherings around San Fernando areas let me know I will like to go and meet people that are doing the same thing talk to you later.

@Luis Ernesto Gurrola That's great to hear Luis! I'm glad you got a vet into your housing for a win-win situation.
Are you able to share your contact person with the VA? I've had a hard time finding someone to work with in the past.
As for meet ups, right now they're mainly online but I think we'll be meeting in person soon. Check out these groups in the Valley area and LA. They're a good start to get to meet some people and learn some more.
