Looking for a Cleveland Property Manager for MTR

 Hi everyone! I have a 2 family property in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood and am looking to turn it into a MTR. My current property manager said he's not equipped to handle MTRs at the moment, and basically said if I plan to go this route I'll need to find a new PM.  I'm already listed on Furnished Finder and had a guest ready to book, until my PM backed out. I would really like to explore the MTR space in Cleveland, but would need some boots on the ground to help manage it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
