In Search for Eviction Attorney in Bronx NY

My dad owns a retail commercial property and wants to evict a tenant. If anybody knows or has a good suggestion for an eviction attorney drop a reference below. It would be a bonus if they speak Spanish too.

I'm also open to hearing about other plausible options for us to take!

@Mendez Garcia I use Jessica Sheiber, for residential evictions. my advice: be patient and put your emotions aside. 

I was referred to her by Phil and team over at Homeowners Association in the Bronx. If you like, Phil always has his van parked outside of Bronx Housing Court, he's very knowledgeable and keeps it real on what to expect.
