Hi! To all my commercial property owners, what app/service do you like best for rent collection? And why?

Good morning 

I'm a property manager in Baltimore and I use AppFolio. It has everything you can think of. Sometimes it glitch's but they are very good at fixing the issue as soon as as it happens. I hope this helps.
