Hi Greg, I use a different portal for rental collection etc.
However, my biggest pain was from different rental properties, tenant will complain the garage door opener is not working or the facuet is leaking again.
And i am now looking all over trying to find out when was it replaced, who replaced it, did i buy some extra insurnace or is there any manufacturer insurance, looking for replacement part and i need the appliance model number etc.
It was becoming a pain with busy life so option was to keep blindly paying for repairs etc. or a way to quickly figure out these things.
I am using it for some time and am happy so far. I do wish i can store lease docs etc but then realize that it just duplicates things at other places.
