Blue Sky Homes’ is a property management company here in Idaho. The customer service was terrible in my experience. Staff were argumentative over simple concerns, maintenance responses were poor, and vendor workmanship was substandard.

Their handling of my deposit raised serious concerns about invoice padding and billing for work I believe was not performed. I disputed those charges, and the documentation provided did not adequately support them. Their billing practices warrant independent, third-party scrutiny.

For property owners, this is a poor look: the company you hire represents you. Based on my experience, I would not trust Blue Sky Homes with a rental property.
