Seeking Handyman or GC referral in Memphis

Hello BP team

I am an Out of State investor in Memphis, TN. Have had a very bad experience with Property Management company ( Renshaw)... seeking recommendation for a reasonable Handyman or GC in Memphis. Or recommendations for a more service oriented Ppty Mgmt company who will not constantly rob me.

Pls advise.
