Looking to invest in rental property remotely from Toronto

I am new to this plateform and I am from Toronto. Due to higher investment cost in GTA, I am planning to buy my first rental property in London, Chantam, windsor, brantford or other good places.

I’m a Realtor in Toronto and many clients have me buying properties outside of Toronto also. If you need help let me know. There are some gems in Toronto but there are many more lower prices further from the city.
