Recommendation on building credit and opening a Corp for REI

Hello All 

We recently moved to Calgary from Florida and passionate about Real Estate Investing.

I am looking for few recommendations for the below.

1. Since we are new to Canada how could we build credit score faster to get a better rate and invest in Real Estate.

2. Type of Corporation to be started for Real Estate Investing.

Looking forward to learn more especially with the Alberta Real Estate market.
