Hey Victoria,
Inventory in Calgary right now is pretty low for 5-10 unit multifamily.
However I do have a commercial real estate broker I have worked with lots before in Calgary who is amazing and said he can help. I’m happy to connect the two of you if you’re still looking.
To add to this thread - Anyone interested in a potential JV agreement please DM me! Interested at this stage in investing in small multi family properties around 5-10 units but open to other options

Can I ask why 5-10 units and why Calgary? Edmonton has rents only slightly lower and prices are at least 20% less than Calgary. You also get much better economies of scale if you buy 15+ units. The fees to go commercial generally aren't worth it on these smaller buildings unless you hit a home run.
