I've had buyers remorse on big purchases before. But never on real estate. As long as you bought in the right location, you are nearly guaranteed to see your investment grow over time.

@Shawn Wright- please expand  or  clarify ...if you have  recently entered into a purchase contract -  you are  likely  fine  to proceed
