Anyone invested in a deal put together by Battle Born Capital out of Las Vegas, NV?  They raise money for hard money loans.

    well cant comment on how good they are but one thing I see when looking at their website is they are properly licensed which is mandatory to loan money on ANY 1 to 4 unit in NV.. so many HML you see say they lend in vegas and very few of them are properly licensed.
