We've had some issues recently and are looking for options regarding third-party tenant screening. Does anyone know a company they would recommend? (Preferably one that calls for rental and employment histories as well as simply running eviction/criminal/credit checks). Thanks!
@Andrew Syrios Bigger Pockets actually offers tenant screening on their site through a trusted partner. There are multiple options available for screening packages; tenant involvement/no tenant involvement, instant reports, hand-compiled reports, and even income verification.
