    I signed up for their $29 leads program. Minimum deposit was $1K. They upsell different memberships that I skipped. Activated the auto purchase feature for the area I was interested in. Within minutes my account was charged $500 for two leads that were garbage. I inquired about the $29 advertising and was told that’s a different program. No refunds. I would be very cautious with this company.

      @David PuzaI'm sorry to hear about your experience! I'm one of the co-founders of Real Estate Bess. As any company, we are not perfect. But, I can guarantee that there was some miscommunication because this is not how we do business. We are here for a long haul rather than to make a quick buck. We have been around since 2016 and are very proud about our stellar reputation. I'll be happy to get on the phone with you and dive deeper in your particular case.

      Now, for all the rest of the people who already read or will read your post in the future, I want to give more context so they will be able to consider arguments from both sides.

      1st thing you mentioned is $1k minimum deposit. We do NOT require deposit. The one time special that we offer to everyone who is signing up to our program is the following: "If you deposit $500 today, we will add $250 bonus". That said, there is a minimum monthly budget of $500 to get access to those deeply discounted motivated seller leads ($29/lead). 

      2nd thing you mentioned is within minutes your account was charged $500. Yes, this means you claimed the special offer I described above. 

      3rd thing you mentioned you received two garbage leads. I'll be happy to share with you phone recordings of our team calling those two "garbage" leads and confirming their motivation.

      4th thing you mentioned about $29 advertising being a different program. I'm not sure what this is about. But again, I'll be happy to discuss it privately with you.

      5th thing you mentioned is that there are no refunds. We have a very clear refund policy that indicates that if you are unable to get a hold of the sellers, we'll replace that lead with another one no question asked. Unfortunately, in your case both of those leads did not meet that policy because our Quality Assurance team was able to get a hold of both property owners.
