I've never heard of them, but that's not unusual. What do you "join"? Is there a fee involved in "joining" them? If so I WOULD PASS. Better info, better prices are available right here at BP. Try this site for a few months, if it doesn't pan out then you can "join" them. You're not going to miss anything in 3 months.

They will tech you everything you need to know to be a “property locator”, sounds like a birddog. This secret career can be yours for the low, low registration fee of $19! But wait, there’s more! They will continue to charge you $19/month until you wise up and quit. It looks like you pay $19/month for access to their website that has all of this “secret” information.
