I would love (for informational as well networking purposes) to know what the Baltimore-Washington investors' community has observed in regard to flipping/leasing/renting in this area.
Wide open discussion for all interested, I need to pick up on certain attitudes and housing practices out here.

Hey @Nancy Roth I want to know about experiences you have had selling in Baltimore City for one, and if your buyers have shifted away from the city, if they ever bought there. Same for Eastern PG county (bordering Howard and AA County). Thanks for finding this little post, too.
