Need a recommendation on a home inspector in northeast Dallas

Can anyone recommend a certified home inspector that you have used in the northeast Dallas area?

It would be great to get independent recommendations from agents or investors, not directly from inspectors themselves.

Thank you

Awesome! I refer him to all of my clients but of course they choose who they'd like to use. He gives a 48 hour guarantee in Dallas so I know the inspection will be done with a quick turn around. Inspections are thorough.
Greatest success!
