I have few MF homes on my personal names and I would like to move them to LLC or Trust. I need help from the pros to find out the best and easy way to transfer through QC Deed. Should I tranfer in a LLC or land trust. If land trust connected to LLC what is the best way to create a Trust and which one?
I highly recommend that you seek an attorney for this question Pay them for their time. It will be worth it. Some are really good people and will answer your questions without charging you.
If you find someone like that be sure to give them your business to help you set all this up. Seek out title companies / real estate attorneys. I hope this helps.
