Hi, I'm looking to begin establishing relationships with professionals in the valley. This includes reputable real estate agents, lenders, and investors. I currently hold a 9-5 job and am a father of two boys so my time is a bit crunched. Can anyone in the forum help me begin? Thanks. -Alfonso
