Has anyone had any success with Jerryll Noorden’s mighty investors program? The course teaches real estate investors how to use SEO to get leads from the internet.

The program that @Jerryll Noorden has put together is designed to empower you to become a master in SEO. We have followed his program and are ranked for all of the major keywords you would hope to rank for as a real estate investor in the top 3 in our area. We are seeing leads coming in that are highly motivated to sell.

I'm new to his program but my opinion is that Jerryll is the real deal. We have people in the group ranking #1 on Google for their geographic areas all over the place and getting steady, motivated leads. He and his team are extremely responsive and are experts in what they do.

Jerryll is a gucci gangster when it comes to SEO. He really knows his stuff. He's the best out there for sure.
I started working with him a few months ago and already got my first lead!
I'm also ranked on the first page of google for several key phrases (typically in the #5 or #6 spot)... and I'm soon to hit number one.
He really knows what he's talking about when it comes to SEO for finding motivated sellers.

I’m a little over halfway through and have seen my google rankings go from 4-5 up to 1-3. It’s not a “pay for a company to do your SEO” sorta thing. It’s a lot of hard work, but damn it works.

Signing up with Jerryll was the best decision I ever made. Within a few months my site was on the 1st page of google and ranking #1 in numerous cities. I now receive consistent leads thanks to Jerryll's brilliance and my ROI has been massive. I highly recommend Jerryll! You won't regret it!

I've been working with Jerryll since Feb. this year. It's been a journey for us as we had to migrate our site to Carrot and re-do a lot on it, and still working on that. So far, we've seen conversion rate going up steadily on our site, and our home page (was redone based on Jerryll's guidance) jumped from ranking #6-7 to #1-2 for "we buy houses in florida". Our "our company" page which was created after working with Jerryll and based on his teachings, is now ranking #1-2 for keywords like "legitimate home buyers in Florida"... From our own experience and from others that are in his SEO group, I know his stuff works!

Yep. I've been a client of his for over a year and the results have been spectacular. Implementing his techniques got me to a #1 ranking fast - and now 90% of my city pages are either #1 or #2. His techniques flat out work and I give him a 5 star recommendation!

I'm really good at finding people who are authentic, real, and who hold a space of Integrity. This guy Mr. Noorden is my newest find, after months of seeing his post all over the BP forums, dropping value. I signed up for his SEO credibility program so that I can start getting organic leads out here in Southern California, and I'm amazed at how much I've learned and done for my website since joining. Only about 3 weeks in and Jerryl's templates has taken the site to new heights. As see people in the program who started ranking #1 or landed on the first page of Google in less than two months. I KNOW I will see the same success soon. I'll let you know the results in less than 2 months.

I signed up for the course offered by the supreme overlord of SEO - none other than Jerryll Noorden. I was tired of climbing down chimneys and through windows just to talk to potential motivated sellers so I figured I would take my good intententions online. I found Jerryll, implemented his techniques in June of this year, and we're organically ranking on page one of Google for multiple keywords that you would want, as a real estate investor. Jerryll and his team are the real deal. We're getting consistent leads. No more scaling buildings and digging into basements to talk to sellers!

I just invested last month into Jerryll's program and have been working the system.... trusting the process... whatever you want to call it. Jerryll came highly recommended by a bunch of other investors on here and so far has been delivering the content. I have been working with Jerryll and his team for a few months now and I literally started from scratch. I am now working on the SEO portion of the program and my rankings are improving dramatically every week. I have zero web design experience and am not the most tech minded person. It is a lot of hard work and takes effort but so do most things worth doing. Jerryll's program helped me build a professional, credible website that I could have never done on my own. I am about 3 months into Jerryll's program, and I echo the sentiments of many of the people who've responded to this thread. His program requires a lot of work - it's not a done for you SEO program - but he knows his stuff. We were a little reluctant at first to overhaul our website, but we've already started seeing results. He has a great team of support staff who are more than helpful with technical and design questions. We haven't even gotten very far down his path of SEO instruction - these are results just from following his advice on the website redesign. Can't wait to start implementing his SEO strategies. Highly recommmended!

@Jerryll Noorden and the SEO program is legit along with the community we have and how we are helping each other through the course he offers. We all want to see each other succeed. I'm see some major results and hitting page 1 on google for certain keywords in my market.

I have been working with Jerryll since March. We have now successfully gotten 6 properties just from PPC due to our website looking very professional. We get comments from sellers all the time about this and how much they liked it.

We have yet to land a SEO contract, but I know it's coming (we made a lot of adjustments at the 4 month mark so it could take a little longer).

Jerryll's strategies are legit and I believe he is one of the top SEO specialists not only in REI but in general. People just do not do it right in any industry.

Jerryll is very conscientious about the investors in his program. He works hard to make sure they are successful and comes back to pick up the stragglers! There are plenty of people selling SEO, but Jerryll is laser focused on house flippers and really knows his stuff.

We are in this program and can't say enough great things about the structure, available tools, and the people running it. We have seen a steady increase in our rankings and leads. And the amount of information we have learned has been incredible!
