Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly closing attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina ? That's familiar with assignments and back to back closings. I searched here and didn't find an answer. Or can point me to where to find one. Thanks !
I have been using Costner Law in Charlotte. I haven't had them do any back to back closings or assignments because I buy and hold. I have been happy with their services. It's nothing phenomenal, like, mind blowing, but that's the way I like it. Like brain surgery, it should be boring; if you had an exciting brain surgery session, things went wrong.

@Donna T. I have used Chris Nixon with the Nixon Firm in Huntersville (704-766-1397) for both of our investment purchases. He has done an excellent job and is very thorough in title searches and contracts. I believe he is a real estate investor himself so he has experience from both sides of the table.
Thank you so much everyone ! I am looking to wholesale there and needed the information. @Nasar, I definitely will, I always tell people who sent me or provided their information. I have a couple of bird dogs there. One brought me a possible deal, made an offer just waiting to hear. Thanks so much again everyone.
I am in Orlando,FL, if I can provide you with any information, no problem, don't hesitate to ask.
I have needed some good referrals for these type of team players myself thank you @Donna T. for asking and everyone for giving genuine input :)))
I do have one concern since were all local to the area of NC aka North Carolina.
Have you guys ran into the problem of it being "illegal" to wholesale, display property we have to sell etc on our investor business websites in our state? Particularly without a North Carolina real estate license?
If so or not is any of the recommended above a great RE attorney i can adress these concerns with as a beginner myself?
I would greatly appreciate any input on the matter Thank you so much again guys!

Find your local REIA in your town to meet other investors.
Read all the threads on wholesaling, you can use the search box at the top of the page. Read and ask questions. Hope this helps.
