Commercial Insurance Coverage needed with damaged roof.

Does anyone have knowledge of a Commercial insurance out there that would cover a property with existing roof damage for the purpose of fix and flipping. Property is free and clear with deed. Does not have an existing home owner policy in place at the present time.

Sounds like a straight forward Builders risk policy.

Tamica, you ask about Commercial insurance, but you then mention no "home owner" policy in place ... which is it? :)

If you are close, we can help with small roofing repairs, no problem! :D
