It​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ looks like competitors are around the corner from every angle if you ask me. Considering my former underwriter role and my current position as a strategist for a national lender who is planning to enter this market, lips are sealed that competition is tight everywhere. Even though appraisals/valuations are getting lower, lenders are still aggressive. In my view, each private lender should find their niche to be able to survive. If there are any private lenders or brokers, what kind of deals would you be most willing to fund right ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌now?
