Hey everyone, Im beginning my wholesaling journey and think JV'ing is the best place to start. Are there any wholesalers located in the North Jersey area with cash buyers lists willing to work together? Thanks
Fro your post it looks like you think that the one that holds the cash buyers has the leverage. That couldn't be further from the truth.
The one that has the deals has the leverage. You do not need to look for wholesalers with cash buyers. Guess how many cash buyers I have on my list?
NONE! I do not have a list.
Infact, all the buyers I had, I dumped them on my private cash buyers facebook group here in CT and gave anyone and everyone access to that group. (they have to request access of course).
But my point is, I gave my buyers away.
I get the deals, therefore everyone is always asking me what I have available.
Focus on generating motivated sellers, not finding people that have buyers.
Once you have a deal, buyers will sniff you out I promise.
