Looking for home Insurance in Kansas City Mo

Looking to see if I can get some different quotes for the property insurance. seems as I'm paying a lot of money yearly for what the home is worth. Seems like I'm paying more in Kansas City than in California. Willing to do a package deal with a few properties if it helps or if there's other strategies that someone can share with me in order to consolidate some cost.

Hey is this just a single family home? As you know a lot depends on age and upgrades if any. Shelter Insurance, Auto Owners insurance and if in KS maybe Farm Bureau. Have you thought about doing a 1031 exchange into multifamily here in KC? Might find better insurance rates across a duplex or fourplex or whatever.

Ashley Meyers is great. She’s a broker, so can give you a few different options to choose from. I’ll message you her contact
