Toledo Rents Continue to Rise

As an Investor in Toledo and having many clients that also invest here, it's great to see that rents are continuing to rise. Yes, our prices continue to rise as well simply because of supply vs demand, but it's good to see rents are keeping up. Are other investors seeing the same thing here? I definitely have the "that house rented for WHAT???" reaction sometimes.
