I’m currently flipping in Florida and considering expanding into Ohio using either Investor IQ or a flipsystem “co-pilot” model that helps manage out-of-state deals.
Before committing, I’d love to hear from anyone who has real experience with either.
Did the numbers hold up?
Were rehab timelines realistic?
Would you do it again?
Honest feedback (good or bad) would be appreciated. Feel free to DM me as well.
Hey Luiz and Matheus, we started working with InvestorIQ at the beginning of March, and after so many property walk-throughs, we finally got one under contract — yay!
So far, they’ve been great to work with. One thing we especially appreciate is that they provide lending options through their network, but there’s no pressure to use them. We’re able to compare their quotes with our own lender and choose what works best for us.
We’re still relatively new to working with InvestorIQ, but up to this point, we’ve had a positive experience and truly appreciate their support.

Hey Honapa, could you please provide an update for how the process has gone for you? Thanks!
Hello there, thank you so much for the info. that is good to know. I will look more into it. My only concern is that they ask for a lot of money at front, plus extra 1k per property. it is expensive.
I was lucky enough to close on a property this week with Investor IQ, very similar to Honapa. I was able to get into the property for 7k out of pocket for closing costs and fees. If this one property flips, opposed to long term hold, which is what I plan to do, I could easily clear 20-25k profit. Yes they charge money up front but I can tell you that they did AT LEAST 10 property inspections for me before we found a property that I was truly interested in. I see the money up front as a fee for services more than a high expense. No its not free, but the amount of work they put in for me made that money feel well spent!

Hey Justin, I'd love to know how this has gone for you now that you're another 3 months in and should have made it completely through the renovation and placed a Tennant or sold!
