Post #2: Acting on Recommendations

From my first forum post, it was recommended by @Mike Moe to listen to Bigger Pockets podcast #109. I listened to the podcast and took away some things:

- There is no one size fits all for protecting yourself and your investments. Contact an attorney and it will save you headaches in the long run

-There are 3 people you should have on your team for your protection

1. Insurance Agent

2. CPA

3. Attorney

I contacted @John Woodrich as he is a CPA that had commented on my post and also said he was looking for additional clientele. We will be talking later in the week and I will post about the outcome of that meeting.
