more thoughts on real estate

im new to this, so i should shadow them for a day to understand what it is they do for earning money? or get some education with a buyers presentation and how the deal should flow if everybody plays there role to get this transaction closed.

what services they offer, what has your experience been like 

was a smooth closing or were there problems/obstacoles in the way that prevented the real estate transaction from closing.
