Assembling The Real Estate Team

today i will be learning what i need to hire a lawyer and a title company so that i can have the right legal documents to start making offers once i find a deal.

that includes me getting what i want by coming to an agreement through a buyers presentation for the title company and the attorney

i will ask the attorney lots of questions of course so that i can put my trust that they know enough of what there doing to make the deal happen without getting sued.

i will need to have each one of these potential partners meet up with me at my local libary which should'nt be a problem for them, they will need to have experience with closing deals with wholesalers using land trust and closing post foreclosures real estate transactions.
